Helping teams transition to agile practices through practical coaching and real project experience

Build Agile Skills Through Hands-On Practice

Our learning program brings agile methodology to life through real projects and collaborative problem-solving. You'll work alongside experienced practitioners who've spent years helping teams transition from traditional planning to adaptive delivery. We focus on practical application because that's where understanding actually happens.

How the Program Unfolds

We've designed this as a progression—each phase builds on what came before. You'll move from understanding core concepts to facilitating your own agile ceremonies with confidence.

The program runs from September through December 2025, with cohorts limited to 18 participants. This size lets us maintain the collaborative atmosphere that makes the learning stick.

1

Foundation & Framework

We start by examining why traditional project management struggles with complexity and change. You'll explore the principles behind agile thinking through case studies drawn from actual client engagements.

Weeks 1–4 | Interactive sessions twice weekly
2

Simulation & Practice

Here's where theory meets reality. You'll work in small teams on simulated projects, running sprints, holding retrospectives, and dealing with changing requirements. We introduce obstacles that mirror what happens in real organizations.

Weeks 5–9 | Hands-on project work
3

Facilitation Skills

Running effective agile ceremonies requires practice. You'll take turns facilitating stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives—getting feedback from both instructors and peers on your approach.

Weeks 10–12 | Peer coaching focus
4

Integration Planning

The final phase helps you bridge from learning to implementation. You'll develop a roadmap for introducing agile practices in your own work environment, anticipating challenges specific to your organizational context.

Weeks 13–14 | Application planning

Learning Happens in Community

We've found that people grasp agile concepts faster when they're working alongside others who are grappling with similar questions. The program creates space for peer learning through structured collaboration.

You'll spend time in small working groups, rotating roles and responsibilities. This mirrors how agile teams actually function—everyone contributes different perspectives and skills to move work forward.

  • Daily stand-up practice sessions where you'll learn to communicate progress clearly
  • Paired exercises that develop coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Group retrospectives to build the skill of constructive reflection
  • Cross-team interactions that simulate real organizational dynamics
