Who We Really Are
Built from real challenges, not theory
Back in 2019, we started because traditional project management wasn't cutting it for mid-size teams in Taiwan. Projects dragged on, communication broke down, and everyone blamed the process. So we decided to fix it.
From Frustration to Action
We weren't consultants who read about agile in books. Three of us had spent years in software teams that constantly missed deadlines despite working overtime. The problem wasn't effort—it was how work flowed through teams.
Most consulting firms would show up with thick presentation decks and generic frameworks. We took a different approach. Our first client in Taipei was a manufacturing company where engineers and designers barely talked to each other. Instead of giving them a methodology to follow, we sat with both groups for three weeks and figured out why communication kept failing.
Turns out, it wasn't about agile versus waterfall. It was about trust and transparency. Once people could see what everyone else was actually working on, things started moving.
That project taught us something important: you can't force a methodology onto a team. You have to understand how they already work, then adapt agile principles to fit their reality. Not the other way around.
What Actually Guides Us
These aren't corporate values we put on a wall. They're lessons we learned the hard way from projects that went sideways.
Honesty Over Sales Pitches
We've walked away from clients when their expectations didn't match reality. If agile won't help your specific situation, we'll tell you. Some problems need different solutions, and that's okay.
Results You Can Measure
We track cycle time, delivery predictability, and team satisfaction—not vanity metrics. One client reduced their release cycle from 8 weeks to 3 weeks by June 2024. That's the kind of improvement we care about.
Teaching, Not Dependency
Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job. We train your people to run things independently because paying consultants forever doesn't make sense. Most engagements last 4-6 months, then you're on your own.
How We Got Here
Started Small
Three consultants, one shared office in Yilan County, and a conviction that teams deserved better than cookie-cutter methodologies. Our first year was mostly local manufacturing companies struggling with product development cycles.
Word Spread
By word of mouth, tech companies in Taipei started reaching out. We helped a fintech startup go from chaos to predictable two-week sprints. They recommended us to three other companies. That's when we realized we might be onto something.
Expanded the Team
Brought on experienced coaches who'd been through the same frustrations we had. Everyone on our team has spent at least five years working in product teams before becoming consultants. We don't hire people fresh out of certification courses.
Still Learning
Now we work with companies across Taiwan, from startups to established manufacturers. Every project teaches us something new about how teams actually function. We're constantly adjusting our approach based on what we see in the field.
Meet Someone from the Team
Real people who've been through the same project nightmares you might be facing right now.
I spent seven years as a product manager watching perfectly good teams struggle because they followed processes that made no sense for their work. When I joined supremisproflux in 2022, I finally got to help teams build their own systems instead of forcing them into frameworks.
Linnea Vanhanen
Senior Agile Coach
Before consulting, Linnea worked at two startups and one large enterprise company in Taiwan. She's particularly good at helping teams who've tried agile before and gave up because it felt like busywork. Her approach focuses on finding the smallest changes that create the biggest impact on delivery speed.
