Helping teams transition to agile practices through practical coaching and real project experience

Agile Without the Overhead

We work with teams who know they need something different but aren't sure where to start. Real agile transformation—not frameworks forced onto unwilling groups.

See How We Work

Started From Actual Frustration

Back in 2019, I was watching another consultant roll out Scrum to a team that clearly didn't need it. Three-hour planning sessions for work they already understood. Daily standups that turned into status reports nobody wanted to give.

That's when it clicked—agile methodology isn't about following rituals. It's about finding what actually helps your specific team move faster and communicate better.

So I started working differently. Spent more time listening than prescribing. Helped teams adopt what made sense and drop what didn't. Turned out, that's what businesses actually needed—not another certification course or template library.

What Actually Happens

No cookie-cutter processes. We figure out what's slowing you down, then test small changes until something sticks.

Observation First

We spend the first two weeks just watching how your team works. Where do decisions get stuck? Who's waiting on who? What meetings could be emails?

Small Experiments

Then we try things. Maybe it's changing how you prioritize work. Maybe it's a different standup format. We test for two weeks, see what happens, keep what works.

Build Your System

Over three months, you'll have a process that's actually yours—not something borrowed from a textbook. And your team will know how to keep improving it.

Problems We've Helped Solve

These are situations we've seen enough times that we know how to approach them. Your version will be different, but the patterns are usually similar.

Teams That Can't Finish Anything

Work gets started but never shipped. Usually it's because priorities keep changing or nobody's actually deciding what's done. We help you create a completion process that sticks.

Departments Working Against Each Other

Development says one thing, product says another, sales promises something completely different. We get everyone using the same information and making decisions together.

Too Many Meetings, Nothing Gets Done

Your calendar's full but actual work happens in stolen hours between calls. We help you redesign how information flows so you need fewer meetings to stay aligned.

Agile That Made Things Worse

Someone read a book and now you're doing ceremonies that feel pointless. We strip it back to basics and rebuild only what your team actually needs to work better.

What Changed for Others

We were doing Scrum by the book and it was killing us. Henrik came in and within a month we'd dropped half our ceremonies and actually started shipping features again. Turns out we didn't need agile—we needed less process, not more.

The best part was that it didn't feel like consulting. No PowerPoint decks, no framework diagrams. Just practical conversations about what was broken and how to fix it. Three months later we had a system that actually fit our team.
